A Plan:

I really need to start exercising again.

Now, hear me out: the reason I stopped exercising had more to do with lack of time than lack of desire/willpower. I get up every day at 6:30 and start homework/get ready for class (depending on the day) and our gym opens at 6, so that would be twenty minutes at best, since it takes 10 minutes to walk back.

And evenings? Forget it. Waaaay too much to do.

So here's my plan: since technically I don't NEED to start homework at 6:30 on M/W/F, I may start getting up at 5:30 or so to go to the gym. Now, I'm not sure it'll happen, since sleep is way more important to me than working out. I start next week.

  1. I SO understand this!!! When it comes to exercise, it's not the effort that goes into it that I grudge - it's the TIME. How to balance sleep/work/life/etc. etc. etc. with exercise is tough. I finally started doing it first thing in the morning, since I'm sure to blow it off if I wait until the evening - it just gets harder as the day goes on to fit it in (for me).
